- Free delivery is offered for orders above ₹999.
- Delivery charges will apply for orders below ₹999.
Refund Policy
Our refund/return policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund.
Eligibility for Refund/Returns
To be eligible for a refund/return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
To complete your refund/return, we require:
- A receipt or proof of purchase
- A clear unboxing video recorded within 24 hours of delivery
Damaged Items Policy
- Any damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund
- Refunds will be processed only in cases of fully damaged items
- Partial damage, wear and tear, or misuse will not be eligible for refund
